Jordan Marsh Style Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed on Aug. 19, 2008 by EILISH40
I have no idea who Jordan Marsh is so therefore am not famiiar with the muffins. This is an very good basic blueberry muffin. The reason for a 4 rating is the use of shortening which does not give them enough flavor so opt for butter. Also I add some grated lemon rind, but that is a personal taste because we happen to be lemon lovers.

Crepes

Reviewed on Aug. 15, 2008 by Megan Blumenthal
This recipes is incredible easy and impressive. Every single crepe turned out! I have been making a lot of spinach/goat cheese crepes. Pour the batter into your pan and let one side cook. Flip and then add a bunch of fresh spinach on top with crumbled goat cheese. Once the other side is cooked I flip each side of the crepe to make a pocket and let the goat cheese inside melt. Delicious!

Herbed Potato Soup

Reviewed on Aug. 13, 2008 by Megan Blumenthal
This was incredibly easy and incredibly delicious! I minced a couple cloves of garlic and minced a rib of celery for this one. I sauted the onion with the celery and garlic. For the rest of it I followed the directions. It was so filling and satisfying. Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful and easy recipe!
