Caramel Popcorn

This turned out perfectly! So yummy and addicting. Had people over to watch the opening ceremony of the Olympics and the whole batch was gone by the end. So so good. The only complaint that I have is that its pretty messy to make... hot sugar everywhere! Definitly use a BIG bowl for mixing the caramel.

Spinach Quiche

Really good, but nothing to right home about. I did prebake the crust for 12 minutes, but it was still alittle soggy. I think I will use more spinach next time. I didn't hear any complaints or major compliments from my guests.

Wisconsin Bratwurst

Simple and fast!! Excellent taste!! Followed recipe to a "T" except DID NOT poke holes. Professional cooks'll tell ya don't poke holes in ya meat cause you allow the juices to run out which may dry your meat out. Also you may wanna allow it to simmer uncovered so brats won't split too much. Quick, great tasting recipe!!!
