Janet's Rich Banana Bread

This recipe has received so many rave reviews because it produces a wonderful loaf of banana bread. I made the recipe exactly as written and used a generously sized loaf pan. No need to change a thing. Easy to make, great texture and flavor. You will love it.

Blueberry Zucchini Bread

My husband loves, loves, loves this bread. I followed the recipe except that I subbed a cup of turbinado sugar for one of the cups of white sugar. I added about 1/2 Cup of chopped walnuts for a bit of texutre. Great flavor. Yum.
