Buttery Soft Pretzels

Fantastic! Did not change a thing except using regular salt dissolved in the water instead of kosher. Tastes exactly like the pretzels you'd find in a mall. No butter needed!

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

Do not make as-is...read at least the first few reviews first! Don't bother with margarine, it's way too sticky. This is messy dough but the cookies always taste great.

Sweet Mustard Chicken Bake

Dries out too much in the oven. This is better on the grill. Also, it is lacking spices - try some paprika & thyme and substitute regular mustard for some of the dijon for more variety. There are better honey mustard chicken recipes out there.

Zucchini Parmigiana

This did not taste good at all. We ordered pizza for dinner because no one in my family liked it. I think using spaghetti sauce instead of plain tomato sauce would have improved it. But really similar recipes using eggplant are much better.

Sonflower Suzi's Pasta Perfect

Good base recipe but it never seems to turn out quite how I want it to. I will keep trying to adjust the garlic/butter/oil/onion quantities to perfect it though. Add a little chicken for protein to make it into a good main dish.

Golden Peach Pork Chops

I can't remember if I used chicken or pork to make this, but I do remember how amazing the sauce was. I did not use tomato sauce, vinegar, or cloves. We had biscuits with it to sop up the leftover sauce. Yum.
