Super Duper Easy Apple Cake

This was easy and delicious! I did have a problem with the consistency, but that's more a high altitude issue than the recipe. So good it's almost gone and I made it today!

Butterscotch Bread Pudding

I have never had bread pudding before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. WOW! This was an easy delicious recipe. I cut the sugar to 1 1/2 cups as per other posters. Was perfect! Thanks for a great new dessert.

Made exactly as directed and it turned out great. I think should've made more "sauce" though. Great taste and easy - my kind of recipe.
