Enchiladas : Newest

Chicken’s the hottest thing around with this spicy take on a family favorite. 

'Suizas,' Spanish for Swiss, refers to the creamy white sauce that tops these chicken and green chile-stuffed enchiladas. 

The filling for these enchiladas combines halibut with green onion, bell pepper, cilantro, sour cream, mayonnaise, and Cheddar cheese. 

Cheese filled tortillas are covered with a spicy meat sauce and cheese before baking. Growing up all my life in South Texas, this dish was a staple! 

Chicken- and cheese-stuffed corn tortillas baked under a creamy sauce infused with hot green chiles. Adjust the amount of chopped chiles to suit your taste!
